My cooking classes or workshops are all bespoke and are for small groups to larger.

You can come to my kitchen or I can come to yours. I have cooked with  groups of ladies and men and mixed sexes!  Families, boys night or hen lunches. Sometimes it is to prepare a dinner party to be eaten later or a three course lunch we eat together. or  a masterclass on fish cooking or maybe game. Scotland has some of the best produce in the world and I try to cook seasonally and with fresh local ingredients from local farm shops or markets. I work regularly with the golf world in St. Andrews offering an alternative activity for non golfers! Helping visitors to know more about our amazing Scottish food.

5 ways with vegetables!

demo at Ardross farm shopAs part of my classes I have started to do series of workshops at Ardross Farm shop, in the East Neuk of Fife. The Pollock family have been growing and selling their own produce for several years now and have won awards for the best farm shop in the UK! It is always a pleasure to shop there, because quite apart from the quality of the produce, their staff are always so welcoming and knowledgeable.

We have teamed up to provide “taster” sessions for my cooking classes, based on the recipes from my little vegetable books and using Ardross produce we are working our way through the seasons. Next one is on Saturday 8th April from 2-4 I will be cooking Rhubarb and purple sprouting broccoli, so if you are unsure what one of my cooking classes might consist of or want to know a bit more about these v vegetables then come along to see for yourself.  We provide 5 recipes and all the ingredients you need to cook the dishes, a one stop shop!!
