I love the variety of events I get asked to be involved in. As a committee member of the Guild of food writers I am involved in the food and cooking aspects of the workshops we hold.
I have done cooking demos for events across Scotland and am the main presenter and demo chef for the Scone game fair working with the stall holders and promoting their produce.
I have also created and organised an artisan food event at Gleneagles hotel and worked with clients at the Fife show Dundee food and flower festival BBC good food show.
